AFA Under Investigation for Debt

The Argentine Football Association (AFA) is under intense institutional and political scrutiny following the release of its latest balance sheet before the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ).

The report revealed that TourProdEnter LLC, designated as the exclusive representative of international revenue, is one of the AFA's largest debtors, owing more than $13.296 billion.

This finding contrasts with the company's operations, which, according to documents, routed over $260 million between 2022 and 2025 through accounts at several U.S. banks.

The lack of transparency and ties to political figures such as Javier Faroni, who is closely linked to Sergio Massa, heighten concerns about the use of Argentine football resources.
